Group Ex #639 – Wednesday, September 28th

Simple leg session …. begin on one end with 10 squats – choose from unweighted, kettlebell goblet squats or single racked kettlebell squats. Then proceed to the other side of the room via a walking lunge. Once there, perform 20 soccer taps on the tires.  You will repeat this 10 times, each time returning to the start in a different way….
