Happy Monday! We open the week with a 7 lane set having 3 variations of a single exercise in each lane. Do just 5 reps at a time (hard count where it makes sense) We’ll work our way back and forth and across the room with lane 7 opening to a loop around our hitting cage. Take this as recovery if you need it or move quickly back to the first lane. We’ll go for 21 minutes, getting in as many rounds as we can! You can preview this session a no charge.
