In a nutshell … move a mile, complete 110 of either pushups or hard count mountain climbers and 110 of either squats or hard count skater taps.  But really, that sounds boring, doesn’t it?  So here’s how we’re going to complete the task …

Ladder format …  reps 1-10, and 10-1 (yes, repeat at the top…).  Looks like this:

1 pushup, 1 squat, 1 trip across the floor.

2 pushups, 2 squats, 2 trips across the floor (ie, down and back….)

3 pushups, 3 squats, 3 trips across the floor

….. and so on to 10 each …. then repeat in reverse … 10 down to 1.
