Group Ex #663 – Thursday Strike! – October 27th

Strike this week will feature 12 bags and a bit of work between each to get to the rest block.  We’ll put rolling 50 second blocks on the clock. You’ll spend the first :50 on a bag, then execute 7 repetitions of either pushups or sprawls then resting the balance of that :50.  One time through …. The Gauntlet….
