Group Ex #664 – DOYO – Friday, October 28th

Friday DOYO!  Open blocks from 5-6:30 and 9-10:30 for the do on your own sessions.  Rolling 40 second blocks, inner and outer ring, each with 5 exercises.  Do a station and on the bell, move quickly to the next and start up right away.  When you need to rest, take a lap or two around the track left between the inner and outer rings.
