Group Ex #666 – Monday, October 31st

So we have the Halloween workout coinciding with workout #666.  As you all know my love of interesting numbers, it is enormously tempting as it is to make use of that coincidence! However, coming off a weekend of out of state travel, it just isn’t in the cards… we’ll go circuit style for Monday! (But we’ll at least go with 6 stations, running 1 minute each for 6 minute blocks!)
