20161122 – 5 Tabatas

#1 — a: Duck Walk forward with backward jog rewind  b:  Bear Crawl Forward, Duck Walk backward

#2 — a: Squat Taps  b:  Squat Pulses – roll ball side to side under hurdle with each pulse

#3 — a: Traveling Side Lunge   b:  S2S Shuttle with 2 Kicks at ends

 

#4 — a:  Soccer Taps on Tire  b:  Run to Jump Hurdle (plant, 2 foot jump), then Burpee on Tire, run back to start

#5 — a: Hop and Pose   b:  360 around each obstacle — middle turn remain facing forward (see vid..)
