Boot Camp #719 – Leg Day! – January 4th

A circuit for leg day with options to keep it completely low impact … 1 minute at each station, 15 stations transition time .. target 3 rounds (6 stations plus an optional “bonus” station…) but since many are coming back from some time away with few workouts, listen to your body … a little sore is good, but let’s make sure you can walk on Thursday!! (cuz I know you wanna come hit stuff!)
