Enormous temptation to roll out a Friday the 13th session … but we’ll pass …. DOYO blocks 5-6:30 and 9-10:30 am. There are 5 blocks in the session — to do all 5, you’ll go over the 30 minutes even with minimal warmup and cooldown. Plan your start time accordingly .. you choose the intensity on Fridays. All 5 will be waiting, but if you want to stop at 3 or 4 .. well, your call on Fridays!
