The original Friday do on your own …. we’ve shifted to more of this model over the past several weeks as we adjust to support a large corporate group .. a little custom programming, a little adapting of the existing programming. The net result is a prominent lean toward self timed and circuit style sessions. Fear not though – you still get an original session every single day! We did a style of ladder workout last Friday — here is the more traditional ladder format. We start at the top — 10 reps each of 5 exercise. Round 2, 9 reps each … Round 3, 8 reps each. And so on all the way down to 1 rep each. You’ll gather 275 total reps which might feel like enough – if not though, grab a drink, catch your breath and launch back into it again, this time going up instead of down!
