Boot Camp #775 – Friday DOYO – March 10th

After a week of scattering toys every day … Friday we go sans toys … 16 body weight only exercises … rolling 45 second blocks … rest when you need to, but then jump right back in … go as many rounds as you want .. doors open at 5 am … hard stop at 6:30 am.

For those who want to get a few rounds in before yoga at 9:15, we’ll open back up as close to 8:30 am as possible but need to cut off at 9:10 to reset for yoga (or you could just come and do yoga … Kelley is awesome!!
