Boot Camp #776 – Saturday Circuit – March 11th

7 stations .. each set for 2 peoples .. reps/segments/cones/etc – as noted at stations.  If you need/want to wait for one to free up, drop down to a plank and perform the body saw until it becomes available.  Rep counts are fairly low so each station should turn over quite quickly …. we’ll go until 7 am (or until you decide you’ve had enough!!)
