Boot Camp #777 – 9 Primes – Monday, March 13th

Rep counts in each loop correspond to the first 9 prime numbers … giving you an even 100 reps for each exercise you do … so.. choose 2 for a 200 rep session, 3 for 300 … etc.   Example…. 400 rep session using pushups, jumping jacks, hip dips and rope slams.  Workout formats like this:
2 pushups, 2 jumping jacks, 2 hip dips, 2 rope slams …. then …. 3 pushups, 3 jumping jacks, 3 hip dips, 3 rope slams …then … 5 pushups, 5 jumping jacks, 5 hip dips, 5 rope slams…. etc, working our way to 23 reps (the first 9 prime numbers are:  2,3,5,7,11,13,17,19,23)
