Boot Camp #782 – Saturday Circuit – Saturday, March 18th

We’re going all cardio this week …. as we head toward (we hope!!) Spring, thoughts tend to turn to taking off a few pounds.  So, while I’m not a huge fan of steady state cardio which is ineffective for most people at helping lose weight and does little to nothing to build muscle, I’m a bit fan of moderate to high intensity cardio with strength components to burn a lot of calories and still build muscle — a winning combination that feeds itself it enhances metabolism.
