Since we do not have a Saturday morning class this week, a couple ideas for you …
- The weather should be glorious … get OUTSIDE and go for a nice brisk walk or bike ride! (or maybe a little yard work …. a “functional” workout… )
- Or.. if you want the “gym” feel, see the attached document — it is our First Friday Tabata worksheet … easy to find a timer for your phone. Pick a few that don’t require equipment and get a few sequences done either Saturday or Sunday – do take it easy one of the weekend days though as we’re hittin’ it hard next week!
