Spring Break Wellness Schedule

With about half the population of our town out of town, we’ll relax the schedule a bit for this spring break week ….  meeting times will run as normal with a couple tweaks:

  1.  All sessions formatted for flexible start — our “DOYO” format.  Early morning block 5:15-6:30.  Mid morning 9:00-10, but Yoga Wednesday and Friday @ 9:15.  Tuesday morning Yoga @ 6:30.  NO “pre-class” blocks this week.
  2. Meditations will be published daily as usual, but no group meetings
  3. In general, the sessions, including #800 on Tuesday, will be a bit dialed back (you always have the option to amp ’em up though!)
