Legs on the corners (and getting there….), core in the middle…. Start with a minute of plank in the middle — we’ll be using the sand timers. Hold great form … if you need a break, just turn the timer on its side until you’re ready to resume. After your plank is complete, do the specified travel to a corner and knock out 25 reps of the designated exercise. Return to the center via the same way you arrived, another minute of plank .. head off to another corner.. we’ll shoot for 23 minutes.
