Summer Session – Wellness

Summer Session Begins June 12th!

(June 12th – August 31st)

See below for what we hope to the be the last tweak to the summer calendar, covering boot camps, yoga, and qigong.  Changes reflect areas of very inconsistent or low attendance as well as a marked increase in general facility usage.  A few things to highlight.   First, the 5:30 pm classes will drop out completely for the summer, but we will have an extended open block Monday-Friday from 4:30-6 (which will work like our current Friday morning DOYO).  Wednesdays — no boot camp classes.  Qigong and Yoga in the morning, Yoga in the evening.

We will begin to publish a daily calendar covering all activities at the gym.
