Boot Camp #881 – Tabata Tuesday – July 18th

Change is in the air … sooooo … how about we throw a little twist in our Tabata Tuesday!!!  Instead of the usual a-b format that we done on about 200 Tabata Tuesdays, we’ll reuse the Monday circle layout, changing out all the exercises and adding 4 — we’ll still get some upper body, lower body, core, cardio and full body work, but we’ll use 8 at the time, just advancing around the circle of 14 stations early single work block…
