In addition to the regular classes, we quiet things down every day Monday-Friday at 12:15 for a 20 minute silent meditation.  The meditation time itself is unguided but we follow a standard “format” …. we begin by sounding the bowl, followed by 20 minutes of relaxing background music or nature sounds, a closing sound of the bowl and then a reading of published bit of timeless wisdom.
