Weekly Wellness Calendar

Summer Schedule Begins June 12, 2017. A few tweaks along the way….. (want to know more about our session leaders?? … right HERE!)

In addition to the regular classes, we slow things down after the 6 am class with Qigong.  If you are not familiar with Qigong, think of “moving meditation” … if you’ve seen Tai Chi, this is similar but a bit less complex. These sessions are open to anyone, not just members!.
